This is the time of year when we are busy finalizing our end of school year events and preparing for the fall! We will vote in new Executive Board members and approve our 2021-2022 budget in June.

The Parent Teacher Organization helps to make our Nixon community special. We want to include all families who wish to be involved and make lasting memories for our kids.

If you would like to be a part of our fun team, please reach out to us so we can find a role that suits you and your schedule.

School Supplies Fundraiser

Every year we help families get the supplies they need for the upcoming school year by providing a one-stop-shop option through a company called EduKit! By purchasing an Edukit you can ensure that your student gets everything they need for their school year and help raise money for the Nixon PTO.

EduKit takes the required school supply lists for each grade from Nixon School and packages all the supplies into one easy kit. Kits will be delivered to the school and organized by the classroom teacher before the first day of the 2021-2022 school year.

Click HERE to order your kit before June 30th for the best cost savings!

Thanks from Teachers & Staff

Our fifth grade families have been waiting patiently to hear what the plans are for graduation from Nixon School this spring. Plans are being solidified at the moment, but the important thing to know is that we will need families to read all the information regarding the events carefully to ensure safety and a smooth transition.

Educational Enrichment Committee

New Family Committee

Food Pantry Coordinator

Curriculum Crafts

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Committee

Treasurer - Executive Board Position

Please contact Haley & Janelle at cochairs@nixonpto.org if you are interested in any of these roles. We look forward to hearing from you!
