Thank you to all the families who supported us during our February Direct Appeal! Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 5th grades all reached their fundraising goal! We have wonderful student activities headed their way. Also, thank you to all the parents who wrote appreciation notes to staff. It was a wonderfully successful initiative that warmed the hearts of our hard working Nixon Staff.

Please help your student come up with 3 acts of kindness to do for someone in their family.
Students should fill out their worksheet and write their name on 3 tags. Please use PERMANENT MARKER! Tags will be collected by classroom teachers on Monday!
Bus Driver Appreciation
On March 9th the five schools in our district are teaming up to hold an appreciation breakfast for bus drivers!
We are looking for some additional volunteers to help us plan and execute a week full of appreciation initiatives for National Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week May 2nd through May 6th.
This spring we hope to bring Nixon Owls together for a FREE family friendly social. We will be combining some of our favorite traditional events with some new components. Please sign up to help us plan this celebration of our community!
