Please read and follow these steps before submitting this form:
1. Please consult your work area partners and use your allocated Staff Stipend Budget, if you have one, FIRST!
If you have questions about how much of your budget is remaining for the school year, please email treasurers@nixonpto.org
2. If the timing is appropriate (prior to Winter Recess), consider adding the items needed to our Amazon Wish List. Families may purchase items from your wish list to be donated to the school anonymously.

3. Please then consult the Principal's Office to determine if your request for additional funds should be submitted to the PTO. If you are in need of additional funds, please complete the following form and the PTO Executive Board will vote to release the requested funds.
